1965 K-10 4x4 lift kit?

I have a 65 K-10 navy issue Stepside 4x4 that I need to lift about 4inches. Since the lift isn't made aftermarket I'm trying to see what others are doing here. This particular truck has a factory block lift already in the rear but want an all spring lift rather than any blocks. I could have springs made but want any suggestions from those who have done the lift and what obsticales they faced.

Well custom made is the only thing really on mine I put the suspension from a 87 8" lift it was a lot of work on the front rear was easy here are a couple of pics if you look at NY build thread there are more

I'm afraid you will likely have to do what travz500 and jonzcustomshop have done. That is convert the truck to the '73-'87 suspension, which have lift springs available. Something similar that can be done is to use the 52" spring conversion brackets on the front and a shackle flip on the rear, with about 4" springs, and you should be close to 8" of lift.
