Hey Mountain that is a very nice truck. I'll have to get ahold of some of you Alberta guys on my next trip to the Cow town. I have a ton of family and friends out there and usually manage at least one trip a year. And longhornmail not to disrespect your wife or anything but if you're so anxiouse to get rid of her how good a trade could it really be. LOL.
I've always said that at least with cars(trucks)no matter what's wrong all it takes time and money to fix a problem. They'll never invent a woman that you'll be able to say that about.LOL. Keep the truck Mountain.

Well, she don't need rebuilt, only 29 yrs old, but she could use a good tune up. You know...slugish performance, gettin a little slow. Startin to show her age too.

ok, ok, is that one of those rare sets of Edel valve covers, where one is right side up and the other is upside down ?

Hey Mountain, that is one sweet truck you have!!

Do you know the black '67 that is in the Calgary Trader? I have been doing some emailing back and forth with the guy. Looks good in the pic, but fear lots of work from what he has told me. Hope to have a look at it on Easter weekend.

Thanks for the kind words guys.
Slam33 - the paint code is Platinum Silver Metallic (don't shoot me but it is a 1996 chrysler color, the brightest silver I could find). It has three coats of clear over it.

Not quite done with the truck, need to paint engine compartment (touch up). Don't think a guy ever really finishes with things to do with these trucks.

Mountain Man...your truck is just beautiful. But better yet is the first picture you postede with sun shining off the lower body reverse crown! It makes it look like a gem stone...take credit for it, even if you didn't plan it...that's some nice work!
