1988-1991 Suburban Wood Grain

Hey guys! The short story is I have an 84 and I put the wood grain dash bezel and dash strip in out of the 88-91 Suburban, and now I would like to get moldings for the door panels that match. The problem I'm running into is that Suburban's had a short molding on the door that only runs half the length of the door panel, and no other models (that I'm aware of) came with a full-length door molding in wood grain.

So what I'm wanting to know is if any of you happen to know if there's a source where I could buy a roll of this stuff or something like that? I know it's a long shot, but figured it would be worth a shot. Thanks!

You unfortunately are correct my friend. They didn’t bring back the wood grain until 89 and that was the first year of the last door panel change. There is no full length wood grain trim for these years. I would look up 3M wood grain products. They have a lot to offer and be the best choice in my opinion

Re: 1988-1991 Suburban Wood Grain

For anyone that finds this in the future, I was able to find something kinda close to the Suburban wood grain.

Hope this helps someone else in the future!
