Which brand fuel tank to buy?

My behind the seat tank has a small leak where the filler neck joins the tank. Causes strong gas smell especially when the tank is nearly full and it is warm outside. My truck does not have EEC . It has a vented cap.

Not interested in going with an under bed tank right now.

I can get either a Spectra or precision tank from O’Reilly. $170 or $230. Plus shipping I assume.

What do you guys recommend?

Re: Which brand fuel tank to buy?

I bought a Dorman and don't like it. There's a fuel smell coming from somewhere when it's mostly full and I make a left turn. It's EEC and I can't find a leak around those fittings. Also the fuel cap doesn't fit right even with a new cap. I've haven't heard anything negative on Spectra and they're made in Canada.
