1979 K20 Chevy

I'm new around here, this is my square.

I bought it from and a friend and fellow member Bohmankid. It has a rebuilt tbi thats been converted to a carb setup and a rebuilt th400. The trans case is the np203 ft 4x4 unit, it already has a part time conversion kit along with warn locking front hubs. The rear end is a 14 bolt ff. Average rust for a 30 year old utah truck.

So far I have added two 31 inch thrush magnum glasspacks and some 12 inch long 3 inch tips.

A solid rear window

I'm in the process of prepping the fame and suspension for por15.

Re: 1979 K20 Chevy

A few small updates:

Tinted the side windows 20% and added some cablights

Removed the brushed aluminum and painted black, this will have to do for now. That glue is not fun to removed from textured plastic.

Replaced all speakers except the dash speaker and added a 12 inch sub. The amp is a 1000 watt rockford.

Also finished my por15 work. Leafs are unpainted as I will be lifting it in the future.

This truck is becoming a lot of fun!
