1969 C10 Wiring

i have a 69 C10 with 396. some of the wires under the hood have been cut. the temp sensor is not hooked up and i need to get it hooked back up properly, i have a gauge and light. the 2 wires that are cut are green and looks like tan...the tan has a disconnectable pigtail on it. please help i need to figure out whats going on.
