The tab are broken off it so Id say its no good, also its really faded, thanks for your interest

Yes I have the tailgate Ill get pictures and price for shipping as soon as possible .....later today while taking pictures for you I noticed that the inside of the tailgate was bowed out, like something in the box had hit it dead center, i would say its not good let me know if you want to go further.

Well that isn't a huge deal if the latches still work okay. My 00 2500 has the same problem and the latches dont work. I have to pull the handle up and then squeeze the two rods together the rest of the way to get it to open. The big thing is that I have a spare for when I paint the one off of my 88 to match my 00. So if it works okay and is fairly cheap (around $50) I'll take it. Thanx.

Heres some pictures its not beautiful someone sprayed it with primer, but there doesnt seem to be any rust..all that brown is dirt...and the latch works fine,let me know if it works for you and we'll figure the cheapest way to get it to you, thanks Randy
