Re: She is finally coming together, 67 SWB Step side

Looks great, do you have any other pictures of the exterior or interior? I too have a step side (1968) that I am rebuilding.

From what I see the cab and bed look straight as an arrow, how did the door gaps end up?

Thanks for posting!

No Interior Pictures yet. The door gaps are good. The hood was a beast.

Curious: CPP control arms and a cowl hood indicate some decent horsepower. Why the drum brakes?

Cool Re: She is finally coming together, 67 SWB Step side

Yea, I agree with you on the Drum Brakes. I had to prioritize though and the brakes wound up being lower on the list than all new suspension, Power Steering, Motor, and exhaust. The Brake booster and disc's up front are next on the list.

Here is one of the interior. I love these Gauges. This was done at the same time as the complete rewire with American Autowire. Cant believe how far this truck has come.

Very nice stepper! I was curious on the front drums and then saw the 6 lug. If it was 5 lug I have the stock parts to switch it over. Anyhow, great work on it!

Very nice! Electrical problems sure make them aggravating to drive!
