Stock Backspace

Hi, I searched the forum, but couldn't find an answer.

What is the stock wheel backspace on a 1970 C10 (6 lug)?

I bought mine with aftermarket rims installed and the backspace is wrong necessitating the use of multiple spacers on each wheel.

The stock 15" steel wheels on my 69 c10 6 lug have 4 inches of back spacing.

Re: Stock Backspace

anyone know if 4.5 inches would work? I have a line on some rims that would allow me to use the tires I bought after I got the truck (and realized the spacing issue)

Re: Stock Backspace

I believe my TT II"s are 4.5 backspacing...I'll let others chime in with verification...

Re: Stock Backspace

Can anyone if I might ask tell me will a 5 inch back spacing work on a 1967 c10 with drum brakes? Rally wheels came of a 98 1500 truck. Thank you in advance, Brandon
