my first build 86 swb "FRANKENSTEIN" pic heavy

Bought this truck roughly two years ago and it's been an ongoing project ever since.

Started off as an 81 swb. Ac/heat, power everything.
Cab was rusted badly and huge dent in the bed so after a couple months I bought an 86 donor.
Here's the day I brought her home

Part donor
Swapping cabs and beds

Original motor took a crap, then a crate motor I bought burnt up so I built my own motor350 bored .40 over, xe268 cam, 650 Holley, performer intake

Then I bought two more beds and pieced together a decent bed worthy of something
Bed post holes welded up and body work taking place for some primer this was before
this is after some hard work

That's all I have from then until now. Both rocker panels will be replaced as well as driver side cab corner.

I call my truck Frankenstein right now because it has so Many parts from various years.

Great progress. I've got that same front end for my dually. I gotta get it thrown in here soon.

Thanks slammed!! And I love the front end. Only thing different I want to do is get new turn signal lamps.

Engine and transmission is getting overhauled.
My second gear went out during a burn out haha
