Re: State specific mud flaps?
I bought a 69 C10 in college. It had Roughrider North Dakota Flaps on them. Here's a pic I found on the interweb.

Re: State specific mud flaps?
My son picked up a pair of these during one of his junkyard hunts. I’ll put them on my old original ‘69 CST20 as I finish it up in the next month. You would see these things everywhere in Colorado back in the 70s.

Re: State specific mud flaps?
Ain’t that the truth Pete... we would rather just launch rocks at each other’s windshields as much as humanly possible! That’s an awesome set of flaps and a beautiful Blazer.

Re: State specific mud flaps?
I remember about 35 years ago my dad bought my uncle a pair of what he thought were pretty cool mud flaps for his truck. He about had a fit and fell in it when my uncle cut them up to put them on and cut though the part that dad thought made them cool.

Re: State specific mud flaps?
Anyone have or have seen the Michigan variety of these state mudflaps? If a pair are out there for sale, I’d be interested!
Thank you! |

Re: State specific mud flaps?
They are kinda cheesy but classic. Haven't seen any in quite some time....remember seeing lots of them. Been looking for Iowa ones but no luck so far. Like DeadheadNM posted. Yosemite Sam seems to be the ones that popped up the most.

Re: State specific mud flaps?
The screwy thing is, like everything else...is when I was working in the DX station we were just off I-80 and saw them all the time. Now hardly ever.

I use these advertising ones for floor mats. I've always run the state flaps for mats but found these, thought they were cool
