OH SOLD NOS RCA In Dash 8 Track Player - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

This is an NOS Track player. Back in the day (mid 70's) RCA was one of the favorite In Dash units. (There are a pair of NOS enclosed Pioneer Speakers for sale on eBay which would match nicely)

Measurements on the front 4 1/2" by 2 1/2" approx.
I did measure the shafts - they are about 6" apart.

Update:
There are many trucks that have had their radio openings cut out in the past .... those trucks would be a good canidiate for this radio as this radio will not fit the stick openings.

Also this will likely fit GM Cars as it has GM like connectors

I will let the pictures speak for themselves. For those who don’t want to spend over a $1000 on a GM set up ... this is the way to go. I am selling this and a Craig Under Dash unit as I am going with a Pioneer under dash set up. I opened this up only to take pics. A far as know all hardware is included in the box.

$185 shipped USA only. (I learned my lesson

Shipping will likely cost about $25-$35 as shipping prices are going up. I will include Insurance and Tracking.

In a few days I will cross advertise this on other truck sites (not eBay). As I am giving this board 1st shot at this unit.

Having this 8 Track set up will set you apart from most other truck owners.

You will need to take measurments on your radio opening as I have no clue. I went with the under dash unit because I have a GM AM-FM Radio.. As said the front of the unit it about 4 1/2" X 2 1/2". Good question.

Since this in dash unit will not fit our truck models (as stated above), why not just delete this f/s thread instead of cross posting/bringing back to the top here on the "1967-1972 Specific" side of parts board?
