Your build turned out great! I love that night photo. I am still at the cab on the garage floor stage of my build.(Green Monster) Great job!

Awesome truck SactoJim

Your ride height is spot on, what springs and spindles are you using? Thanks

Re: 72 Cheyenne Build Thread

I am very interested in the sound deading / insulation that you have used in the cab and under the hood can you tell me what and where you got it and changes if any that you would make as far as the insulation goes.
Thank you and thank you for a great truck build post.

Stock spindles with "old school" type stepped A-arms and drop springs front and rear and about 1" block in the rear. Had stuff so long, I can't remember specs!

Thanks!....I used Lizard skin for the cab floor and then put single sided foil type insulation throughout. I used HVAC type duct wrap material on the firewall and overall the truck is pretty quiet....for an old truck! I used the same insulation on the underside of the hood (foil type) and used 3M spray on hood insulation glue to hold it.....so far so good. This really quieted down engine noise at the exterior. I'm happy with insulation.
