Re: auto transport CA to OK?

Do not go with dependable auto shippers (DAS). I have heard of people having good experiences with them but a lot have had bad. Mine was one of the bad ones. I got a quote from a broker that was too low so the car sat for 3 weeks with no driver calling in to take the job. I decided to go with dependable auto shippers because they own there own trucks and said they would pick it up in a day or two and would be taken to the terminal where it would be loaded within a few days on a carrier on its way to me. The operator at dependable auto shippers gasped when I told him I had been waiting 3 weeks for a broker to find a carrier and told me there is no way it would take them that long. Well my truck sat at the terminal 3 weeks! then took another 10 days to get here. Also there real time tracking is BS. does not work 80% of the time. I called to see where my truck was the person on the phone would take my number and say they would find out and call right back. Wouldn't get a call back! This happened three times. NEVER AGAIN!!

Try this out. I have had my best luck with it. Take a middle priced quote to avoid waiting a long time for a carrier to take the job..
