This 1972 Chevrolet super Cheyenne C10 is a very cool representation of a nicely restored pickup that’s also received a dose of aggression and comfort. The dark olive green isn’t outrageously wild like those candy purple or electric blue paint jobs other classics have received. Instead, it takes an ideal 70s color and adds a hit of nostalgia-like flair with a hint of metallic and the glow that comes from a more modern application. It’s the factory-correct color, and in fact, the trim tag tells us the medium olive on the cab delivers the full factory-correct color combo. And both the condition of the classic wood-like trim and it’s straightness really tells you about the detailed investment in this pickup. So now it fits in with the old school truck scene, and it also really pops in the sunlight. Nice chrome bumpers, a lowered stance, and the modern 18-inch Rider wheels offer a street machine attitude. But when you look underneath the aerodynamic tonneau, the full liner paint in the bed reminds you that a good truck needs to know how to get the job done.
