Need a solution to 1/2 ton spindles and 3/4 ton wheels

I am in the process of swapping my front suspension to 1/2 ton but want to keep my 8 lug wheels. I thought that the drop spindles I had delivered today would take 1/2 ton ball joints but have the correct 3/4 ton pin. I was wrong. Those don't exist..and I can't swap to 3/4 ton ball joints and go back.

I currently have the 1.25" 3/4 ton rotors ( 8 lug). They use a much larger taper on the pin.

Is there anyway to adapt a 3/4 ton rotor to use 1/2 ton wheel bearings?

Is there a 1/2 ton 1.25" rotor that has 8 lugs?

I have also looked into if I can get wheel bearings with the correct OD and ID to use the 3/4 rotor on the 1/2 ton spindle. I searched timken and couldn't find anything, but maybe there is another source?

Why not use a 3/4 spindle ?
3/4 spindles are designed to use 3/4 rotors

Also how do you plan on putting the brake calipers on. 3/4 ton rotors are larger in diameter and thicker. Make up your mind whether or not you want a 1/2 ton or a 3/4 ton. I had a 69 short step years ago I had to put 3/4 ton brakes on so the truck would stop when I wanted. Yeah the engine was a little large. Lower control arms are different in regards to the ball joint. Upper BJ difference will bolt in to the same arm

There’s a place in Orange California that will take your spindles and turn them down to work with a disc brake setup. I think that it will maintain 8 lugs. But it will cost you about $1k.
