Actually my Son scored this one. 67 Big Window Short Fleet. Has 5.3 motor,
4 wheel discs, front and rear sway bars. Body is clean No rust. It’s a Nevada native. Now the score part. $5500. Guy just wanted it gone

It’s still in Nevada, we’re going to get in a couple weeks. I’ll give an update when I see it in person. He’s a friend of my Sons so I pretty much trust what I’m hearing

I hear ya. I paid $1800 for my 70 back in 1989. Wouldn’t take less than $30,000 today , of course I’ve probably got more than that into it LOL

Just got word the guy reneged on the deal !! My Son is NOT happy. Guess it just wasn’t meant to be. The deal was to good to be true I guess.

He might have seen your post on the new project and read about the great deal ? it wouldn't be the first time someone backed out and wanted more $$ , Offer more and see if he comes back with a new price ?

That was a great price for the SELLER and the BUYER.

$5500. is a LOT of money to most folks. Some folks have that in their pockets, not that many.

With 5.3 and other items and rust free the truck was a great buy and I'm betting the guy thought about what he had invested and a little nudge from the wife he changed his mind . And until money changes hands and papers signed he can do what he wants with it. Not ethical after agreeing on a price but what ya going to do

Your absolutely right, until $ changes hands it’s his truck and he can do what he wants. I saw the text that said “ Tuck is yours, just need to find time for you to pick up” we were just waiting to hear come get it, He’s in NV we’re in CA.
It hasn’t been touched in a year, don’t know exactly why he changed his mind
