I got some free time and read through your thread. You do nice work!
Your seats are really sharp looking.

Thanks. Mine is just a basic driver. I have now put about 60,000 miles on it and just do little stuff on it from time to time. I hope one day to get it painted and looking even a faction as good as yours looks. I really like the color you picked out. Often the first thing people ask me is when I will paint it.

Actually, I think that driving, maintaining, and adding periodic upgrades is a great way to go. I get trapped into project mode and then a vehicle sits forever without being on the road. Not why I bought it, and not good for the rig. Keep at it man, it's cool. And people who ask you when you're going to paint it don't understand that there's something cool about keeping up old paint.

Thanks. I’m happy to report this is still my daily. I’m guilty of diving into projects and having them apart for years so I tried to keep this to easy stuff I can knock out in a weekend. I ordered a rear swaybar and a few other minor parts for it. I have been trying to get my long over due 56 back on the road. It’s been eating most of my hobby funds. I finally got some of the electrical stuff worked out and I’m working on finishing up the engine to get it back in.

Re: Ol Blue

I'm willing to bet something has happened over the last couple of years? How about an update?
Cheers
