Re: 73-75 Low Back Bucket Seats & Console Restoration

The charcoal set is very nice color mainly needs a good deep cleaning and have one extra retractor cover. The nos charcoal belt is awesome and was GM boxed in April 1973.
I also have two other complete sets very good condition. 73 slate green and 75 blue set. All of mine were low mile trucks and very long time in boxed storage. Ill be getting back to you this week. Thanks Mark

Hey Dan, I think I got your message your over on my FB Page. I know people have dyed carpet, and I have also, when I detailed cars. But I only used it on small stains that would not completely come out. I wouldn’t recommend doing a large area. The part that gets dyed can tend to get stiff. But I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to try. Maybe just try a section under the seat, or a scrap piece of carpet. Then that way you can see how it turns out and wether your ok with how it feels once it is dry.
