anyone know what this is called or where i can get one?

this is an 8 lug rim that measures about 20.25 inches across as you can see. I have 3 of them- 1 was stolen. I bought them from my cousin (deceased) and he seemed to think they were really desirable. Help! Where can I get one more?

That's not how to measure a rim. The diameter is at the bead. Same for the width (inside to inside at bead).

Regardless, the actual size will be stamped somewhere on the wheel if it is DOT approved.

Looks like a 19.5x5.5, 8x6.5 bolt pattern wheel to me.

I saw one on here but he has none in stock.

https://www.akhwheels.com/

Sometimes you can find a wheel at the auto recyclers.
I went to one that had access to other recyclers on the computer network.
They found me a part for the wife’s charger a couple thousand miles away.

Usually they’ll advertise that they are connected to parts worldwide.
You might need to pay a little shipping though.
Try that.

Or check ebay or Hemmings.com
