Glass setting tape

Getting ready to put window glass in my 1950 3100 and need to put the window frames around the glass.

The glass setting tape has a "sticky" side and a plain side. I assume the sticky side goes against the glass and not the frame.

Is this correct?

Also, does anyone know if the two piece frame screws are available anywhere?

Re: Glass setting tape

Thats the way I used it- Sticky side towards glass. fold it around the bottom edge of the door glass. Then use a rubber hammer to work the glass down into the channel.

Re: Glass setting tape

I forget where I got my nut and screws, I thought it was LMC but I didn't see any on their web site or their catalog I have. Anyway, here they are at American Classic truck Parts. I have never gotten anything from them but here they are. https://www.americanclassic.com/1947...BoCIWYQAvD_BwE
