Looky what finally made it to my garage!!!!....I drove her home about 2 weeks ago...60 mile trip and no real big issues....What an awesome feeling!!!....As you can see I went with corvette ralleys...black wall out....15x8 in front with 235/60/15 and 15x10 out back with 275/60/15.....I am still doin' a little tinkerin' on it here and there....the neighbors tell me they definitely know when I'm takin' her for a spin!!!

Looks absolutely awesome.....I'm gonna have to do a 67/68 front on the Blazer I plan to build in the future....I really love the way yours came together.

If I had extra cash I would. But I actually prefer longbeds for myself because not many fix them up nicely and I wanted to do something different that would be useful for around the house. Then I'll do a blazer because it will fit the whole family and I love the way they look with the top off.

Hey Cable....the drone...well it can be deafening....when I drove it from the garage to my house (60+ miles) I got out and felt like I'd been driving it with the bass in my stereo blasting all the way home....I don't intend on making long trips, but have already thought about piping it out the back...we'll see...it's still new and exciting to me right now!!!

Geoff,I know you've been driving it some now.Bet that feels good.I just have to say that as awesome as the color is on the thread I just don't think the full impact comes thru in pics.I've been following the build since we met and have to say that you did the right thing by taking your time and getting it right.You were working on wiring and such when i last saw it in person so I can hardly wait until the April "Gathering of the Goofs" to see it in person again.Great Job!!!

Panel.....I really appreciate this....and of course can't wait to bring it out to the "gathering"...still got some little things to take care of, but Look forward to seeing you and meeting others out there!!!...Don't forget...you helped put that passenge door togetehr....that's the "panel" door!!!HAHA

I just read through your whole build and all I can say is WoW! You did a great job. You got the most expensive things done first suspension and paint. I wish i were done with mine, Nice job.

Well....just received some crappy news....i took my truck back to the body shop for them to do some touch up work on the scratches and nicks we did when we put her back togther.....Also, the hood wasn't latching all that great nor was the bumper on that straight (he didn't have the bumper when he finished installing body panels...I installed it)....He told me they did some measuring to see if the frame was out of whack....and YEP...it's tweaked on the passenger side about mid-cab...so it's off to the frame shop to HOPEFULLY get it back in place....MAN, I was so ready to take it over to the goof gathering....guess it'll have to be next year!!!
