Lower Door Panel

Going to get a set of these made for my 86 Chevy C10, to replace the carpeted lwr door panel. Called the guy and he said he can use my left over vinyl from my seat and make a set with my colors. So it will be charcoal with black bowties. Can't wait to get them!!!

Re: Lower Door Panel

That's pretty slick - I like it.

Can you match the upper so it all ties in?

Re: Lower Door Panel

Do the patch around the door handle and it will look killer! I have to say I love your interior, you did everything right.

Well I finally got around to doing the door insert around the handle. I got to get some pics of them on the door.

Re: Lower Door Panel

Here they are installed, vinyl door insert & lower door panel.

Opinion: Do I dye my armrest to match the door panel or leave it the color it is now? I have dye that matches the door panel. Kind of hard to see in this pic, but the armrest is a tad darker than the vinyl.

Re: Lower Door Panel

From the pic, the arm rest looks to be a pretty close match to the new vinyl and the dash color. I would leave it the way it is.
