All my body lines and grill lines are dang near perfect all gaps are real good but that one light. and it is making me crazy !

Re: head light placement ???

I suggest post some pictures and let us know if there is any new sheet metal, grill, or radiator support involved or is it all original parts?

Re: head light placement ???

My right headlight was like that. Due a bent core support. Seeing a frame off resto maybe not.
Like to think simple myself. The headlight/bucket rocks back and forth on the core support. Try loosening the adjustment screw that is towards the rad. If that light is cross eyed that may be the fix.
