2003 Suburban seats

I just purchased a new set of power front buckets from a 2003 Suburban and I want to install them in my 1969 Suburban.
My question is, has anyone completed a similar installation with late model power seats. I'm really wondering about the wiring situation. I plan to get a wiring diagram and possibly an assembly manual for the new Suburbans.
I know some of the wiring is for the airbag and seat belt monitoring system, I'm just really interested in hooking up the power to the controls. Any advice would be appreciated, I know a lot of guys have late model interiors in these older trucks, it's the way to go, it just takes some head scratching.
Thanks, Jon

take a 12volt battery and ground the neg to seat frame then take a positive go to one terminal at a time and see what happens

The seats are computer controlled which makes it interesting. I'm getting a wiring printout from the local GM dealership. I think I'll be able to go around the seat computers, why would you ever need seat computers anyway??? I guess it's just the "let's make it complicated" way of doing things

on the 03 the seats are now on the trucks class 2 data line and the modual and the switch will not work if it dosent see that data from the other moduals in the truck, mite try gitting a switch out of somthing older and try to wire the seat's moters through a couple of relays or somthing.

I was hoping some one would have the needed infor to make this work I'm sure some smart gearhead has a fix.. I want this seats in my burb, nothing I own has a good ride. Maybe long wheelbase, coil springs, leather seats and tilt wheel would make a good ride on the hwy.. any suggestions would be helpful. thanks

Thanks for the responses.
I've been doing quite a bit of research on these seats and plan to install in the next couple of weeks.
I got a schematic (?) printout of the wiring for the seats and that was really helpful. The computer controlls the memory, and heater functions. The tech said I could pick up the power lead that goes straight to the motors and the lumbar system and it should be fine. It sounds a little too simple and I'm prepared for unknown aggrivation. I'll let you guys know.
