I bought a set of 5 real nice drivers stainless caps for the 72 . I can’t be objective cause I’m so used to the whites . I may have to them on for a while to see if I like them or not, would probably look better with a blue bowtie . Any input appreciated

I vote for chrome because your truck has trim, chrome vent windows, etc. It does look really nice either way though.

I like the chrome. I have a set of the white ones that was originally on my truck but I run the chrome ones. Run both. They're easy enough to change back and forth.

My opinion has been and always will be to run chrome or stainless on white wheels. Any other color wheel can have painted or shiny caps. I'm just not huge fan of white caps on white wheels, but then again, that's my opinion

The chrome definitely makes the truck appear more upscale. I vote to keep them.

Hard choice. I could automatically just say the chrome. It looks better, that's why it was an upgrade. But how many trucks do you see, with a stock look, that run the white? Looks good, it was a traditional thing until it stopped in '72, and your truck looks great with them . With the chrome it looks like all the others. Then it's down to the beauty of steel wheels and hubcaps. Wheels get crappy, paint them. Get tired of wheel color, paint them. Want a different look, change hubcaps

White during business hours and stainless steel when you go out at night, haha. Not practical, but the white looks all business and the stainless steel does dress it up. Like them both, so I am no help.

Don't ask me why but I like white on one-tone trucks, for yours I would run the stainless.

White just blends in, the chrome one's pop a bit, plus looks pretty stock and you say they're on the SPID.... so there you go
