Can anyone tell me if this is a stock 72 rear coil?

Looks like mine is about 2.75” lower. The Previous owner did a lot of work on my frame. I’m just not sure what all of it was. It does sit pretty level as it is tho. No cab or bed on it yet.

i would check online maybe rock auto or napa see if they list a stock height
i think there was some options for shorter springs for lowered trucks but not for sure
