I can't say about the Hooker headers, but my truck is lowered 3 inches in front and mine clear. Mine are Jegs brand long tube on a 454.

Installed Doug’s Headers on 67 c10 with 468 from summit racing. They fit great. Truck has 2.5” drop spindles. Summit has free returns.

I've got two inch longtube Hedmans on my truck....no problem, but then again, I don't hit speed bumps like a rookie either.
