Well, here is the start of my first Suburban attempt! Plans are 454, auto OD, and of course daily driver status. I can't believe the craftsmanship of some of you guy's rides...........jeeez....

Re: Let's see some Burbans!
Your suburban looks like a really nice solid start . I'm sooooo jealous of those dry climate trucks!!

Re: Let's see some Burbans!
Nice start, Runninlo! And thanks, olblue60. This dry climate stuff is nice, I'd rather spend time building than fixin rust....I see you have a 72 SS396 Camaro, rare bird!

Hey guy's, I completed the restoration of 1972 Suburban last year. This is my first post, but I monitored this website throughout the process. I'm curious what you think about the original restoration with some subtle upgrades. Here are some pictures with some more to follow.
Thanks for your help! |

Re: Let's see some Burbans!
MAN, is that clean! Beautiful job, what did those front seats come out of?
|
Re: Let's see some Burbans!
The seats had already been removed and re-covered. I was told they were from a Tahoe.
|
Re: Let's see some Burbans!
WOW!! Nice job, and my favorite color combo to boot! Yes those are the same seats as my 1996 Tahoe. Mine are pretty comfy too.Great ride!
