In and out - headliner
 

Wanted to know how you all installed headliner. In the back of Burb first and insert each one working forward? Or from front to back? Or do you all install middle ones last?

I did the front first, rear second, and then the middle two pieces last.

Did you do that with the original headliner or your newer headliner?

I did it with the new headliner.

As for the original, I can't see doing it any different.

The front panel has to be slid forward into place, and the rear has to be slid rearward into place.

The two middle pieces go straight up in, no sliding into place for the most part.
Basically push up from the middle, and then fit the ends into the channel. Once that is done, screw in the single middle screw and then snap on the plastic trim to hold everything in place.

If you can get someone to help you, I highly recommend it!
The panels are big and floppy, and having and extra set of hands to help is a huge bonus.

hey Vectorit, i see you did it with a new headliner. What did you use for new panels. I have a complete set up but the panels are shot.

I used FRP panel from Lowe's.
Kind of tough to work with, but it has been the best material I have been able to find that is flexible enough for the corners.
