I didn't have any clearance issues with my F-body pan and the crossmember. But your motor mounts may be different than mine....I made my own.

I'm using corvette accessories. It basically mounts the A/C compressor in the frame, but it does clear. I think the truck accessories would be the easiest and cheapest way to go. Good luck!
