Current PA inspection and says it runs well needs oil pan gasket, asking $1,000 OBO but it's stuck in 3rd gear after her husband converted it to a floor shift... They are now separated...

I was thinking of painting it white again or john Deere Blitz black and trying to make $1,000 profit...

Think it's worth it to flip? I offered her $700 as is...
