Yes, you can't post a want to trade parts post unless you are a paying member. The reason for this rule is so there is some protection for the buyer, seller, and those wanting to trade parts. It is part of the site rules that everyone agrees to when they join the site. Many people fail to take the time to read the rules.... The subscription rates are listed under the word "Subscribe" in the menu bar above.
