Thanks Jim, we do try to make it fun for the boys. He did a nice job painting his bike. Now to find him another project. We have an old 185 three wheeler and a Montgomery Ward scooter from the early 70's stashed away ...hmm...

I had my whole motor and trans sandblasted. Then I took it apart, plug with rag, 2 layers of duck tape on all holes, nothing got in.
Lower, thanks for sharing your experience with Lizard Skin. The video was impressive and I imagine we will be happy with it on the Burb.

I will probably do the same with blasting the engine and will follow your lead on the duct tape.
