Re: Project Old Blue, 1965 C10, Rebuild Version 2010

One more of the truck cleaned up and on the Trailer to get it to my house and to the inspection station in the morning.

The other thing that happened on Saturday, is I got me a new tool storage unit for the shop. This is something that I have wanted for a very long time. I had the cash, so I bought one. Got a great deal on it at the local Home Depot. with a bit a asking for a discount and seeing the back had a dent and a minor scratch on the front, I ended up with a huge savings off of the $798 price tag. Out the door after the discounts and taxes added, I paid $583.09. Pretty happy with that! Its huge, I can just barely reach the lid in the open position to pull it down to shut it. It is by far the nicest tool chest/box I have ever owned.

Now to buy more tools to fill it up!
