I wonder if this is acually correct. I recently changed my '71 blazer rubber hoses to the longer 73-87 style. (for bag travel issues)
My steel lines came from Inline Tube and my rubber lines were from a local Auto Parts house as direct replacements. (they are sold as LH and RH hoses)

They were actually two different sizes,... with the driver's side steel line fitting being the bigger one. I had to use an adapter to make the 73-87 driver's side hose work.
