If you have a gap on one side, more than likely it will pull to that side after welded. Here are a couple pics of 2" sanitary tubing I welded up last week and just hand brushed right after welded. Nice ..... Im really enjoying TIG ...... when I finally get the truck built Im going to put more time into TIG - stainless or aluminium fence gates ... so on.
