I moved around some junk in garage, and was able to retrieve the 292 in the corner. I have it up on the engine stand, ready for a cleaning, resealing and a detail.

Those shinny things under the frame are called "jack stands" Man, once you get spoiled using a car lift, you forget how fun it was. My shop is only 45 min away from home, but its full at the moment....Also, I have a really crappy set of tool at home ...

I got started on removing the rust fasteners holding the crossmember in place. This thing is gone, along with the low slung torsion bar crossmember.
