If you tighten it up too much, when you turn a corner you won't be able to straighten it up and you will drive through a fence and almost hit a tree... Ask me how I know..... (on second thought, don't)

All I know is you want to loosen the lock nut and only turn the adjusting screw about 1/8 of an inch at a time then re-tighten it and try it.... Also remember where you started. (mark it) Normal disclaimer applies. Do this at your own risk.
