While it might be possible to modify the kit you have so it will work, I am not familiar enough with them to help....other than a bit of research I did.
Monster transmission lock up kit ordering selection drop down asks if there is an external pressure port or not. Guessing they send different components based on that.

Bowler Transmission has a lock up module that engages TCC 8 seconds after 4th gear applies and allows for brake disengagement of TCC. While I don't know if that might help in your situation, those would be nice features to have.

Bowler is about 20 miles from me and last I checked in with them they really know transmission.
