I feel your pain with the hood. I fought mine with adding, subtracting, shimming, moving, etc. until I couldn't stand it. I finally decided make my OCD self be OK with it closing and opening well and looking good on 3 out of the four sides. The pass side rear corner will not fit the way I want but the other three sides look good. I just refuse to look at that corner any more. Good luck.

Thank you for the measurements.
When your hood opens does it want to go back with the billet hinges or just go straight up?
That may be my final fix if all else fails.
