Steve, if you look at pics dan posted the long bracket is spot welded in a couple of spots just to the rear of the trans tunnel and between the cab structure supports in the middle of the cab. They will be in line with the standard seat mounting plates that are just outside the center supports. Mine looks rough I. Photo, but it is all undercoating, I did not scrape it off, but it did cut/ trim the support away from the old floor section. You will have a little clean up but nothing like it was.
