What? Sorry the truth is hard to hear. Yes they make great stuff, they stand by their product an will make it right. Its still frustrating when parts are wrong, missing or left out of the shipment. In my experience it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, email was the best option to contact them. Directions? I got two measurements an some pictures.
