Yes and No.
3/4 ton lower a--arms have a larger balljoint hole.
You will need 1/2 ton lower a-arms and you will have to switch to 1/2 ton balljoints and outer tie rods.
Simpler choice is to use the "3/4 to 1/2 ton CONVERSION spindles" offered by ECE.
