Time for some 20s on the '87... what do ya'll like?

I want to upgrade my '87 to 20's from the 18's I currently have.

I really like Anthony's (classic87) trucks looks with those TT2's, but I'd like to see what some of you are running now also before I commit.

Thanks!

While Coys and TTII's look sweet, it seems everyone has them on just about everything...so I would go with something a little different if you can find something you like.

Jeff, I agree!

Here's what I'm thinking... These are Foose Wheels. Still 5 spoke but pretty slick looking... anyone have these??? Plus they're about 150 cheaper than TT's.

"LEGEND" - not sure if available in 20's

"NITROUS5" - available in 20's

I would stay away from any rim with the faux rivets. I noticed an ad in one of the hot rod mags the other day the said Billet Specialties has a new line of wheels out that are half the price of their other lines. I'd check into those if yo want to stay in the $1500 price range (wheels only).

Good advice. They are a total pain in the butt to clean.

I don't mind spending the extra to get something that will look good and not be too big of a pain.

I like those Foose wheels on the yellow car too!

I'm with him on this one. And along those lines: I couldn't find them on a real quick search here, but there is a company that makes old school Shelby Cobra replicas in custom sizes, offsets, and bolt patterns. I was gonna get some made for a Buick a while back. I have been putting some serious thought about putting them on the GMC, if they will make them. Don't know if they go as big as 20s though.

Just did more research on it (hence the edit). Vintage wheel works will make a custom set in 5x5 bolt pattern and whatever offset you need.--They have a couple of retro styles-that I think are really cool, but only go to 17s in this wheel. With or without the knockoff.

I hope nobody beats me to it.

Re: Time for some 20s on the '87... what do ya'll like?

The boss wheels are like $900 on ebay. They're listed as Boss series 338

Coys makes C-67s, which are similar to the Shelbys and are pretty cheap, but only go up to 18"
