Stock inners on dropped truck

I've lowered my truck 4.5" in the front and will be running 20's. While tearing my truck down I trashed the rusty inner fenders. Could really use them now for a test fit. How low can I run the stock inner fenders? I will be using the porterbuilt hood hinges but want to use the stock heater box so slosh tubz are not happening.

I'm still running stock inners so I'm sure you are good I ordered a replacement from summit it's a very nice piece and they had the best price at the time. I'd also suggest looking at the j nuts if they are very bad replace them its horrible when they come apart.
