Wiper quit

Am out of ideas, after 20 yrs. w/washer pump not working decided to put in new one, now have new pump, new motor, and new switch....pump works fine, wiper will return to park but nothing else, just clicks, if I reverse plug it blows the fuse, think I am missing something simple but what? thanks, Mav

Be sure and check out the diagrams for installing the wiper motor arm to the motor and orientation of the connectors on the wiper and washer.

Also check that all of your ground straps are in place on the truck and the connection points are clean.....
