Yep - Shawn is on it, it's Chevy lean. It's not really that the Right Rear is higher, it's the left front is lower.

Belltech actually makes a spacer just for this problem. It's common on S10s, Colorados, Silverados, LUVs (kidding

) all of them .. and it just shows up more when you drop the truck. (visually, because the truck is lower to the ground I guess)

The one for the C10 might be different, but this will give you the information you need. Google 'Chevy Lean' and you'll find a lot of information.
