89 c3500 project

I bought this a little over a year ago so I could use it to haul stuff around for house projects as well as tow my shortbed to some shows out of state. I had to replace the driver side floor pan, inner and outer rocker panels as well as the cab corner. Still need to seam seal and start the bondo work but wanted to start on the static drop and that where I am at currently. Now that it is dropped I am looking at some 19.5 wheels and tires but am looking for some suggestions on which wheel adapters, wheels and tire size that would work best for my set up.
