Window beltline fuzzy solution?

Put in the standard anti rattle strips and like most here, run into a problem with the strips being so fat (not judging, they’re just wide!) that the window has a problem with running all the way up into the top door frame weatherstrip. SO...used the standard anti rattle on the inside with the frustrating clips and then found a squeegee like strip for the outside that is considerably thinner (Steele Rubber outer beltline weatherstrip -70-3807-61. It has a metal core so I marked the clip holes in the door on it and drilled holes through it to fasten it to the door with.........nylon bolts, like a 10-32, so as not to scratch the glass. Picts of what I used below. Forefinger is on the felt/rubber squeegee part that rides against the outside of the window. Would have like to have found black nylon but it’s in the door. Window goes all the way up and seats, and kind of squeegees on the way up and down like a modern car. Time will tell if they last. Installation tip?...put the glass in the door and let it fall to the bottom, easier to push it up through the installed weatherstrip with just the glass going thru rather than pushing the bottom frame through the fuzzies like the manual would have you do. You can still get it in the regulator channels without the vent window installed.
